Leading a diverse portfolio of companies, Bob's stewardship extends across various sectors:
1. Ecovest Properties, LLC: Based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, this real estate brokerage and property management firm operates under the Ecovest umbrella.
2. Ecobilt, LLC: A dynamic enterprise involved in maintenance, design, and construction, Ecobilt focuses on the renovation, recycling, and improvement of commercial and residential properties.
3. Ecovest, LLC: Specializing in commercial real estate ownership, operation, and syndication, Ecovest and its predecessors have managed seventy-four investment properties since 1979, boasting over a thousand units and three million square feet.
4. Ecowerk, LLC: Dedicated to developing co-working spaces for small enterprises, Ecowerk is a testament to Ecovest's commitment to fostering collaborative and innovative work environments.
Bob Collawn also serves as the CEO and director of Cosigo Resources, Ltd., a publicly-traded junior mining enterprise with a global presence in Victoria, Canada, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Bogota, Colombia. Cosigo's properties span Nevada, Canada, Colombia, and Brazil, showcasing a diverse and expansive portfolio.

Bob Collawn's journey is one marked by international experiences, having lived in Cuba, Switzerland, Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia before coming to the United States. A graduate of the University of Colorado with a BS in Business, majoring in real estate and finance, Bob further honed his skills at the Harvard Business School's YPO-WPO Executive Education colloquium in 2016.
Currently splitting his time between Swift Creek Farms in Elizabeth, Colorado, and Albuquerque, New Mexico, Bob Collawn's personal and professional life is intertwined with a commitment to community engagement and philanthropy. He has served on the Board of Advisors for the University of Colorado Business School and Health Sciences, chaired the Cherry Creek Business Improvement District, and contributed to various charitable events.
Bob's memberships include the Alexis de Tocqueville Society, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Foundation’s Leadership Exchange (1999-2007), AGA (American Gemological Institute), and CACI’s (Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry) “50 for Colorado” leadership class of 1997. His dedication to philanthropy is evident in his roles as Co-Chairman for the Colorado Symphony Orchestra’s annual fundraising ball in 2007 and the 2014 King of the Montezuma Ball in Albuquerque.

William J. Thorvilson
Meet William (Bill) Thorvilson, the seasoned professional steering the ship in property acquisition, disposition, due diligence, and property management. With an extensive career spanning over 30 years in the real estate industry, Bill's expertise covers a wide spectrum of activities, showcasing his commitment to excellence.
Bill's journey in real estate began in residential sales in Boulder, Colorado, where he honed his skills before acquiring the very company where he started. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to own and manage a successful commercial and residential real estate company, further diversifying his experience in commercial sales, leasing, and property management.
In addition to his roles in ownership and management, Bill has served as a consultant to commercial real estate developers, offering valuable insights and guidance. His career trajectory took an interesting turn when he accepted the position of Deputy Treasurer for Boulder County. In this capacity, Bill played a pivotal role in resolving significant bankruptcy estates, managing substantial amounts of tax revenue owed to Boulder County.
Beyond his operational roles, Bill has lent his expertise to various for-profit and non-profit boards, including publicly traded companies. As a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado with a focus on real estate law, Bill brings a legal perspective that enriches his comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Bill holds a Master of Science Degree in Communications from the University of Denver, complementing his diverse skill set. Additionally, he earned a Juris Doctor (law) degree from the University of North Dakota, solidifying his legal foundation.
